Bedford Commons offers a variety of townhome floor plans designed to fit different lifestyles. Residents can choose from thoughtfully designed layouts with comfortable living spaces, attached garages, and access to community amenities.

Bedford Commons offers flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 15 months. Lease term availability may vary and is subject to change.
Applying is simple and completed online. Applicants submit an application, upload required documentation, and complete identity and income verification through Snappt. Once approved, the leasing team will guide you through the next steps.
No. Bedford Commons does not require a minimum credit score. Applications are evaluated based on income, credit history, rental history, background screening, and identity verification.
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the base rent. If there are multiple leaseholders, combined income must meet this requirement.
Yes, guarantors are accepted for applicants who do not meet income requirements. Guarantors must earn at least 4 times the monthly rent. Only one guarantor is allowed per townhome and cannot be used for credit-related denials.
Move-in dates depend on availability and lease processing. The leasing team will work with you to coordinate a move-in date that fits your schedule.
Lease agreements are sent electronically through Blue Moon DocuSign, allowing residents to review and sign documents online.

Amenities & Community Features

Bedford Commons offers a range of amenities including a clubhouse, business center, swimming pool, and outdoor grilling areas designed for relaxation and convenience.

Yes. All townhomes at Bedford Commons include attached garages for convenient resident parking.
Utilities are not included in base rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, pest control, and electricity, which is set up directly with the provider of their choice.

Pet Policy

Yes, Bedford Commons is a pet-friendly community that welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • American Staffordshire 
  • Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)  
  • Presa Canario  
  • Chow Chow  
  • Doberman Pinscher  
  • German Shepherd  
  • Great Dane  
  • All Husky & Malamute breeds

  • Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Yes. Bedford Commons' pet policy requires all residents are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile, including households without pets.

Renewals & Lease Changes

Renewal offers are typically sent approximately 75 days before your lease expiration and include multiple lease term options.
Yes. Residents may terminate their lease early by providing a 30-day written notice and paying a fee equal to two months’ rent, along with repayment of any concessions.

Lease transfers may be possible, but restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for details and eligibility.

Resident Services

Rent payments can be made through the resident portal or BILT app. Payments made through BILT can earn reward points that may be redeemed for travel or rent credits.

No. Partial payments are not accepted at Bedford Commons.
Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, by phone, email, or in person. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
Emergency issues include no heat or AC, flooding, burst pipes, no electricity, fires, lockouts, or major plumbing issues when only one bathroom is available.
Yes. Residents must maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
Lease documents can be viewed anytime through the resident portal under the Documents section.
